Julia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Guelph, followed by a teaching degree.  She finds teaching a very rewarding position and enjoys teaching in Strathroy. Julia has called Strathroy home for over 35 years and has strong connections to this community.
 

She is one of the founding members of the local non-profit organization, Community over Cancer and she works hard to help families in the municipality dealing with cancer.

 

Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail provide an invaluable asset to the Hospice Board.

Julia loves family time and enjoys spending time outdoors.
