So much happened throughout the night, and we know some people missed the chance to grab their Hospice Hoedown shirt or sweet treats while they were there. We also know some of you hoped to be part of the event but couldn’t attend. If that’s you, we’ve got you covered!

At their 1st Annual Hometown Heroes for Hospice Charity Baseball Game, the Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service will take on the Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department in a friendly showdown to help knock it out of the park for Strathroy Hospice.
Bring the whole family out and enjoy an afternoon of community fun!
Donation buckets will be passed through the stands during the game, with all proceeds supporting Strathroy Hospice and the compassionate care they provide to our community.

Last night “Started With a Song” that continued all night long at our Hospice Hoedown!
The Strathroy West Middlesex Memorial Centre was the HOT spot last night, filled with the incredible sounds of Brett Kissel and special guests Mitch Zorn & Tyler DeLargie, along with the unforgettable voices of a sold-out crowd singing along with these proud Canadian country music artists.
The evening was filled with so many amazing moments, from the crowd in our Hospice Hoedown T-Shirts celebrating Canadian pride with hundreds of music fans, to the surprise onstage appearance by our local legend, Easton Cowan. Watching Easton get Brett into a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey was a true highlight of the night!
An event like this takes an incredible amount of teamwork, and we want to thank everyone who helped make it possible.

From April 27th to May 3rd all three Tim Hortons Strathroy locations sold Smile Cookies, with proceeds supporting Strathroy Hospice. Thanks to our amazing community, we raised an unbelievable $42,258.50! Your generosity and support truly mean the world to us.

Juke Box Bingo For Hospice
Join us on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Mount Brydges Community Centre from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. It will be a fun-filled night of drinks, dabs, and dancing, all in support of building a hospice in Strathroy.
Individual tickets are $50 each, or you can reserve a VIP Table Package for $480, which includes seating for eight, preferred secured seating, and a welcome gift. Tickets are available at Mainstreet Credit Union, Damen Optimal Health, and The Still Tasting Room. Limited tickets are available, so don’t miss out!

Inspire Culture Presents: Hustle For Hospice

Community Over Cancer Event
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, our community came together at the Gemini Sportsplex for the 12th Annual Community Over Cancer event, connected by a shared mission to raise funds to support local families facing cancer and help us closer to our goal of establishing a hospice in Strathroy.
The arena was transformed into an enchanting vintage circus, filled with laughter and conversations, fortune tellers, auctions, live music by The Doubts, captivating entertainment from Circa and even an elephant. The meaningful moments of the evening were when the crowd of over 800 people heard the heartfelt stories of this year’s Honourees. Stories that have left a lasting impact on everyone and showed us why we need to keep moving forward with our hospice mission
This incredible evening was made possible thanks to the dedicated Community Over Cancer board and volunteers, whose hard work and commitment were evident throughout the event. We are deeply grateful to all our sponsors and everyone who donated generously. Your support brings us closer to making the Strathroy Hospice a reality.

Strathroy Hospice Capital Campaign Commencement Event
On Thursday, March 6, at Caradoc Sands, the Strathroy Hospice hosted and welcomed community members to the Strathroy Hospice Capital Campaign Kickoff Event. It was an evening filled with fun and valuable insights into our vision.
Over refreshments and great conversation, attendees heard heartfelt stories of first-hand experiences highlighting the need for a hospice and its profound impact on lives. They also had the opportunity to meet our Board of Directors and learn more about our mission.
Everyone left with a deeper understanding of how Strathroy Hospice will provide essential end-of-life care to our community, feeling uplifted by the connections made at this meaningful event.
