Strathroy Hospice Monthly Giving Program

Monthly giving is a simple and meaningful way to provide ongoing support while spreading your donation out over the year. Even a small monthly contribution adds up to make a big difference, helping us plan ahead and continue our important work in the community.

With this option, your donation is automatically debited from your bank account on the 1st of each month. The monthly amount remains the same throughout the year, making it an easy and consistent way to give.
 

How to get started:

1. Complete the Monthly Donation Payment Request PDF form and send it to treasurer@strathroyhospice.com.

2. Provide a copy of a void cheque so we can set up the automatic debit.
   
    

​Once submitted, your donation will be processed on the 1st of each month. If you ever need to stop your monthly donation, you can do so at any time by submitting a written request at least 72 hours before the 1st of the month.

For your records, one consolidated charitable tax receipt will be issued after December 31 each year covering all monthly donations made during that year.
